Does the price include VAT?
Yes. £4.99 is the amount you pay, VAT included. There is no extra charge at checkout for UK VAT.
How do I receive my activation code?
Instantly by email at checkout. It's a permanent code that never expires. Keep it somewhere safe — it's also on your order receipt.
Can I use my code on more than one device?
Your code is active on one device at a time — phone / tablet. Use “Deactivate on this device” in the app to free the slot, then activate on the new one. Email support@calibreat.co.uk if you need a reset.
Can I use the app without a license?
No. The welcome screen stays locked until you enter a valid activation code. There is no unpaid or trial mode.
What if I lose my activation email?
